Key responsibilities & impact

Lead SEM strategy, performance, and manage a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce clients.
Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid search initiatives.
Demonstrate expertise in media buying, reporting on campaign performance.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
Facilitate successful onboarding of new clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify opportunities and support upselling additional marketing channels.

What you’ll need

2-4 years of in-platform experience with Google Ads.
Experience working with DTC/ecommerce businesses is required.
Experience optimizing product feeds.
Strong strategic thinking skills.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A strong understanding of digital marketing, specifically in SEM advertising and DTC ecomm space.
Agency experience is a plus.
Fashion, Beauty, and Wellness experience are a plus.
SEO knowledge is a plus!
