About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead SEM strategy, performance, and manage a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce clients.
  • Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid search initiatives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in media buying, reporting on campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
  • Facilitate successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities and support upselling additional marketing channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of in-platform experience with Google Ads.
  • Experience working with DTC/ecommerce businesses is required.
  • Experience optimizing product feeds.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing, specifically in SEM advertising and DTC ecomm space.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Fashion, Beauty, and Wellness experience are a plus.
  • SEO knowledge is a plus!
