About the role
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes (mobile outpatient)
- Deliver outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home (not typical home health)
- Choose your own hours and manage caseload (PRN, part-time, or full-time opportunities)
- Use Luna technology (Auto-Charting, Luna Exercises, geofencing) to document care and prescribe/monitor workouts
- Coordinate care with patients, therapists, physicians, and partners
- Manage safety, cancellations, billing, and navigation to patient homes or facilities
- Receive and manage payments via the Luna platform
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- 1+ years of experience
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
