About the role

  • Help turn Luminovo’s integration capabilities into a scalable, revenue-driving function.
  • Work closely with customers, Sales, and Product.
  • Design and implement integrations.
  • Improve developer experience of APIs and maintain documentation.
  • Act as a trusted technical expert in pre- and post-sales contexts.
  • Make Solution Engineering a revenue center.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn about the electronics industry.
  • Technical knowledge to enable Sales and Customer Success.
  • Ability to design and implement integrations between Luminovo and customer systems.
  • Experience in guiding customers through technical onboarding and complex go-lives.
  • Capacity to improve API usability and integration experience.
