About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and continuous enhancement of the Bank's Change Risk Management Framework
- Provide independent risk oversight, review, and challenge of change initiatives, including projects, programmes, technology, process, and transformation changes
- Advise stakeholders on risk management policies, procedures, and control enhancements.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report operational risks across the Bank
- Contribute to risk reporting for senior management, governance bodies, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor regulatory developments and emerging trends to strengthen operational risk management practices
- Collaborate effectively across teams, contributing to a positive and high-performing work environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience in operational risk, non-financial risk, change risk management, or transformation programmes
- Higher education in Risk Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and risk assessment techniques
- Experience in coordinating, monitoring, and reporting risk management activities
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and risk management tools
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
