Senior System/Business Analyst – Corporate Lending
Luminor GroupJoin Luminor as a Senior System/Business Analyst in Tallinn, Estonia. Design and deliver solutions in corporate lending and credit risk ecosystems.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with business stakeholders (Corporate Lending, Credit, Risk, Sales, Operations teams) to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications for development teams
- Contribute to the design of corporate lending and credit risk solutions, including loan lifecycle, credit assessment, limits, collateral management, and reporting
- Support system integration
- Support testing activities ensuring, requirements are clearly described
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business and/or Systems Analyst
- Experience working with complex, highly integrated IT ecosystems
- Practical experience in major IT transformations
- Ability to model business processes, data flows, and system interactions
- Solid understanding of APIs, data integration, and system interfaces
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in financial area, with corporate lending and/or credit risk area will be considered advantageous
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
