Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze payment system environments, integrations, and application components
Map end-to-end payment flows (from initiation to settlement and reporting)
Model business processes (user journey, process flow, data flow)
Document requirements, describe tasks and specifications for developers
Participate in systems testing, organize user trainings

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years’ experience in gathering, reviewing, analyzing business and technical requirements in IT projects
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to details
Stakeholders’ management skills (requirements gathering, workshops)
Strong interest in technology
Preferred educational background in IT, Engineering, Natural sciences (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry)
Understanding payments schemes (SEPA, Target2, SWIFT) is an advantage
Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence is an advantage
Experience in Agile and Scrum software development projects is an advantage
Fluent English in spoken and written communication is required
