About the role

  • Follow and support development of new customer acquisition growth strategy and execution
  • Oversee performance and delivery of new customer acquisition in assigned markets across all distribution channels
  • Coordinate acquisition growth, execute tactical activities, lead campaigns and track/report in coordination with stakeholders
  • Design and implement streamlined processes for acquisition activities, using automation when possible
  • Conduct market research and user research analysis to recommend strategic priorities
  • Create and implement strategies for establishing new partnership relationships
  • Monitor competitors and market trends and construct tactical activities accordingly
  • Monitor and analyse metrics to ensure sales and initiatives drive new customer growth
  • Gather market information to identify potential and risks
  • Support sales frontline with communication, sales arguments, scripts, sales materials, and process input
  • Contribute to professional self-development and team performance improvement

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in finance sector
  • Knowledge in sales growth strategies and streamlining processes to drive tactical activities
  • Strategic thinking to design and drive customer acquisition initiatives
  • Good stakeholder management to align with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Strong execution capability – turning plans into measurable results
  • Good and up-to-date understanding of sales processes, customer service and needs
  • Ability to design efficient end-to-end processes and use automation
  • Fluent English in spoken and written communication
  • Primarily located within the Baltics (candidate preference)
