About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Risk and Finance Reporting domain, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
- Manage planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives in alignment with regulatory and business objectives (e.g., DORA, local compliance).
- Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, governance, and reporting standards.
- Ensure adherence to risk management practices and compliance requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management for assigned initiatives.
- Actively contribute to team performance through leadership, coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management within financial services or regulatory reporting domains
- Strong understanding of risk and finance processes, regulatory frameworks, and reporting requirements
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in mid-to-large organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance standards (e.g., DORA)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
