About the role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Risk and Finance Reporting domain, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
  • Manage planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives in alignment with regulatory and business objectives (e.g., DORA, local compliance)
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, governance, and reporting standards
  • Ensure adherence to risk management practices and compliance requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Support budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management for assigned initiatives
  • Actively contribute to team performance through leadership, coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management within financial services or regulatory reporting domains
  • Strong understanding of risk and finance processes, regulatory frameworks, and reporting requirements
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in mid-to-large organizations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Familiarity with risk management and compliance standards (e.g., DORA)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
