About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the daily operations, production, and growth of the branch.
Leading a team of loan officers and support staff.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Driving sales performance to achieve branch goals.
Generating personal mortgage loan production to contribute to branch goals.
Developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, builders, referral partners, and community organizations.
Implementing marketing and business development strategies to expand branch presence.
Managing branch P&L, budgets, and expense controls.
Tracking and analyzing production metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability of the branch.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record of personal loan production and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, products, and processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to recruit, build, and retain a high-performing team.
Proficient in loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
