About the role
- Overseeing the daily operations, production, and growth of the branch.
- Leading a team of loan officers and support staff.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Driving sales performance to achieve branch goals.
- Generating personal mortgage loan production to contribute to branch goals.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, builders, referral partners, and community organizations.
- Implementing marketing and business development strategies to expand branch presence.
- Managing branch P&L, budgets, and expense controls.
- Tracking and analyzing production metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability of the branch.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of personal loan production and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, products, and processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recruit, build, and retain a high-performing team.
- Proficient in loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
