Develop bespoke applications, microservices, and APIs that solve real business problems
Build and maintain integrations between core banking, LOS, accounting, and vendor systems
Partner with product, operations, and vendor teams to scope, design, and deliver
Write clean, tested, production-grade code and own it through deployment and support
Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and code review

Requirements

Strong proficiency in a modern backend language (C#/.NET, Python, Node.js, or Java) and SQL
Proven experience building REST/GraphQL APIs and integrating third-party systems via webhooks, message queues, or ETL pipelines
Comfort working in cloud environments (Azure preferred) and with CI/CD tooling
Clear written and verbal communication; ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
Financial services, mortgage, or banking industry experience (Nice to Have)
