About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Load Triple E files and perform manual eligibility updates
- Enter and modify eligibility data in Luminare Health systems accurately and promptly
- Follow established procedures and client requirements
- Respond to telephone, written, and electronic inquiries from employees/members, clients, and co-workers
- Provide quality service to employees/members, providers, clients, and internal teams
- Support the Eligibility Department with varied technical tasks based on departmental needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum three years of Eligibility experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service and production-driven environment
- Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with employees/members, providers, clients, Client Management staff, and all levels of staff
- Ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out oral, written, or diagrammed instructions
- Flexible and open to continued process improvement
- Self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision
- Good leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Ability to resolve problems in varying situations
- Ability to learn new/proprietary systems and adapt to various system platforms
- Effective use of MS Excel and Word
