Key responsibilities & impact
  • Load Triple E files and perform manual eligibility updates
  • Enter and modify eligibility data in Luminare Health systems accurately and promptly
  • Follow established procedures and client requirements
  • Respond to telephone, written, and electronic inquiries from employees/members, clients, and co-workers
  • Provide quality service to employees/members, providers, clients, and internal teams
  • Support the Eligibility Department with varied technical tasks based on departmental needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum three years of Eligibility experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service and production-driven environment
  • Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with employees/members, providers, clients, Client Management staff, and all levels of staff
  • Ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out oral, written, or diagrammed instructions
  • Flexible and open to continued process improvement
  • Self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision
  • Good leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Ability to resolve problems in varying situations
  • Ability to learn new/proprietary systems and adapt to various system platforms
