Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years previous Client Management experience
  • Experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities OR High school diploma or GED equivalent and 6 years TPA or health insurance industry experience
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
  • Results oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Organizational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills are required
