Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years previous Client Management experience
- Experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities OR High school diploma or GED equivalent and 6 years TPA or health insurance industry experience
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
- Results oriented and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Organizational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills are required
