About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for building and maintaining consultative and strategic partnerships with assigned book of business
Works directly with sales executives during finalist presentations
Expected to support and service between 12 – 20 clients
Maintains senior management-level contact with client stakeholders and the broker
Internal project participation that benefits and supports the client and/or client management organization
Charged with retaining and growing their assigned book of business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years industry experience OR High School diploma and 9 years previous Client Management experience
Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans
Knowledge of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)
Ability to travel is required (up to 25%)
Results oriented and self-motivated
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
