Retaining and growing revenue for the assigned book of business
Exceeding client expectations surrounding service excellence
Building and maintaining consultative and strategic partnerships with assigned book of business
Supporting and servicing between 12 – 20 clients in the West Coast region
Participating in internal projects that benefit the client management organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years industry experience or High School diploma and 9 years previous Client Management experience
Ability to travel is required (up to 25%)
Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans (stop loss understanding a plus)
Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)
Results oriented and self-motivated
Ability to interact with senior level executives
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Exceptional organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
