About the role
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication initiatives that advance organizational goals
- Strengthen brand presence and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and employees
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns, internal and external communications, vendor and partner relationships, and digital platform governance
- Responsible for LinkedIn strategy, employee experience communications, sales enablement, and go-to market strategies
- Ensure alignment across all marketing activities and drive engagement
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and provide service excellence
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, well-executed communications that make complex ideas simple, elevate the brand, and create meaningful connections with the audiences we serve.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, brand, and communications leadership roles, with 3+ years managing a design and communications team
- Proven experience leading content development, internal and external communications, and brand initiatives
- Demonstrated success supporting product launches with compelling messages and visual assets
- Exceptional writing, editing, visual, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Adobe Creative Suite, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and strong computer skills, including experience utilizing social media tools
- Occasional travel to branch offices and/or conferences
- Ability to work and interact smoothly and effectively across multiple marketing channels in a team-oriented environment
- Strong presentation skills to present to internal and external client facing audiences
- Demonstrated experience planning communication, marketing, and brand strategies
- Experience in setting and achieving measurable goals, creating and implementing marketing and communication plans.
- Ability to work independently and make logic-based decisions consistent with divisional objectives and in a timely manner
- Resourceful in the ability to identify and obtain new sources of information
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and must be able to meet project timelines and goals
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and can apply in a team setting
- Analytical and creative thinker able to recognize patterns and trends as they develop and understand the strategic impact of those trends on the organization.
