About the role
- processing all claims corrections in the system
- handling voids, history corrections, stop payment, and refunds
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in the Luminare Health claims processing system
- Minimum 3 – 5 years claims processing experience
- Ability to produce accurate and detailed results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent mathematical and organizational skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service driven industry
