About the role
- Own and evolve Lumin Digital’s employee talent development domain
- Design, deliver, and oversee high-impact learning and development experiences
- Establish and maintain clear career development frameworks, tools, and learning pathways
- Partner with the VP of Talent and Organizational Development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development needs
- Facilitate and oversee virtual and onsite workshops, leadership programs, and team offsites
- Coach managers and leaders to strengthen development conversations
- Define success metrics for talent development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field required
- Twelve (12) or more years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience owning and evolving enterprise or multi-program talent development initiatives
- Strong background in facilitation, coaching, and leadership development
- Certification in coaching, facilitation, or assessment tools (e.g., Strengths, DiSC, etc.) preferred
