About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You generate and qualify leads for our Account Executive team
  • You contact prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • You conduct initial discovery conversations and identify potential customers' pain points
  • You hand over qualified opportunities to the AEs and schedule meetings
  • You keep all activities accurately recorded in the CRM (HubSpot)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native-level German and very good English
  • Strong drive for sales and comfortable with phone outreach
  • Based in Berlin and willing to come to the office 3× per week
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Resilience: a “no” motivates you rather than discouraging you
  • First experience in Sales, Customer Success and/or a startup (nice to have)
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) (nice to have)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or equivalent (nice to have)
