About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and manage campaigns across SEO (content strategy, link building), PPC (ad management), and Email (lifecycle marketing).
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate content production, market research, and data analysis.
- Write high-converting copy for landing pages, ads, and emails, utilizing AI for personalization and scale.
- Handle minor website updates and landing page builds (knowledge of HTML/CSS and Wordpress).
- Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights to pivot strategies quickly.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a solid foundation as a Marketing Manager/Specialist (or similar role) and are looking to scale your impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Above-average understanding of LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini). You know how to prompt effectively, understand tokens/context windows, and know when AI is 'hallucinating' versus being helpful.
- Proven ability to master new tools and marketing channels in weeks, not months.
- Foundational knowledge of SEO (technical & on-page), PPC (Google/Meta), and Email marketing (segmentation & automation).
- You aren't afraid of a tag or an API documentation page.
- Fast-paced self-learner.
