About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You play a key role in Lumiform's success by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Identify incoming leads and understand their needs and pain points.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to inform them about the Lumiform software and book meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, keep information up to date, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of the Lumiform application, industry trends, and Sales Development best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are fluent in German (native level) and English — both written and spoken.
- You want to build a career in sales and grow! Don't hesitate to apply even if you have no prior software sales experience.
- You are already based in Berlin and willing to come into the office 3 times per week.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Resilient, with a strength for handling objections.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability.
- Passionate about technology, startups, and sales.
