About the role
- You generate and qualify leads for our Account Executive team
- You contact prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn
- You conduct initial discovery conversations and identify potential customers' pain points
- You hand over qualified opportunities to the AEs and schedule meetings
- You keep all activities accurately recorded in the CRM (HubSpot)
Requirements
- Fluent German (native) and very good English
- Strong drive for sales and comfortable making outbound calls
- Based in Berlin and willing to come to the office 3x per week
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- Independent, structured way of working
- Resilience: a “no” motivates you rather than discourages you
- Initial experience in Sales, Customer Success and/or a startup (nice to have)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) (nice to have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field (nice to have)
