Account Executive – Commercial Audiovisual
LumibuildAccount Executive responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships in the AV industry. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across corporate, higher-ed, hospitality, and experiential markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to proposal coordination, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and consistent activity tracking within CRM and quoting workflows.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets to drive company growth.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations to create accurate, competitive, and profitable project proposals.
- Own assigned client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the account lifecycle.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in AV integration, technology sales, or a related design-build environment.
- Proven track record of selling boardrooms, hybrid collaboration spaces, or enterprise AV systems.
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined experience with CRM workflows.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate their business value to clients and consultants.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment.
