About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide senior-level field leadership across multiple projects, ensuring installations meet the organization’s standards for safety, quality, and performance.
Oversee and support Foremen, coordinate with Project Managers and Engineering, and drive consistent execution across job sites.
Develop and refine field processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices that improve consistency, efficiency, and overall field performance.
Maintain and enforce a high standard of AV installation quality across all projects.
Perform regular jobsite walkthroughs to assess craftsmanship, progress, and adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with company installation standards, cabling practices, labeling, testing protocols, and commissioning requirements.
Promote a strong safety culture across all job sites. Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and recurring safety trainings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in commercial audiovisual installation, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman capacity.
Strong understanding of AV systems, cable infrastructure, DSPs, control systems, and commissioning practices.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop field teams.
Experience creating or improving field procedures, workflows, or standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements.
OSHA 30 certification required.
OSHA 10 certification required for overseeing subordinate crews.
Ability to travel between multiple job sites regularly.
