About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintenance, development, and technical support of our website and landing pages using AI tools
Creation and optimization of landing pages (e.g., for campaigns, courses, special offers)
Implementation of small features, adjustments, and technical improvements
Ensuring performance, functionality, and a clear user experience
Creating and linking digital products (e.g., online courses) in the shop
Integrating payment providers, access controls, vouchers, and automated flows
Supporting releases of new products and offers
Handling customer inquiries (access issues, accounts, purchases, technical problems)
Troubleshooting system and tool issues (website, shop, payment, email, app-related systems)
Coordinating and tracking solutions across multiple tools and platforms
Operational handling of refunds, voucher access, and special cases with payment and platform partners
Friendly, structured handling of customer inquiries (email / tool-based)
Performing initial technical diagnosis for user issues
Close coordination with tech and management to improve the user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Digital Business, Web Development, or a related field
Technical understanding of websites, CMS, newsletter tools, landing pages, and digital tools
Some experience with AI tools for website creation, web technologies, shop systems, or no-code/low-code tools
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Enjoys analyzing problems and finding pragmatic solutions
Excellent German skills (native level)
Very good English skills
