About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be the trusted business partner to the Modules BU General Manager and management team.
Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute innovative long-term financial strategies.
Lead the strategic planning processes, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting.
Provide expert financial analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance business decisions and operational efficiency.
Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and optimize business performance.
Produce insightful and intuitive reporting packages for stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience in financial planning and analysis, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated capability to partner effectively with C-level executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
