About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Product Manager is accountable for defining product direction and delivering meaningful business and customer outcomes for the products they support.
This role works closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams to identify problems, evaluate opportunities, and define solutions that align with company goals.
Product Managers contribute to shaping product strategy and are responsible for translating that strategy into clear product priorities and roadmaps.
This role ensures that the right problems are being solved and that success metrics are clearly defined and measured.
The Product Manager partners closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure product intent and priorities are clearly understood, while remaining focused on customer value, strategic alignment, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in product management or a similar role required; experience within SaaS, healthcare, benefits, or compliance industries preferred
Knowledge of Healthcare Claim Analytics and/or Claim Audit preferred
Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional and distributed teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives and priorities
Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product direction and priorities
Experience working with Product Owners and engineering teams to support delivery execution
Familiarity with Jira and product management tools preferred
Strong analytical skills with attention to compliance and regulatory detail a plus
