About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-15 license held, or the ability to obtain one quickly (enabling future remote flexibility).
  • Previous Customer Service experience is required.
  • A foundational understanding of insurance concepts (e.g., deductibles, premiums, and limits) is highly preferred.
  • A "quick learner" mindset; ability to rapidly absorb new software systems and evolving industry regulations.
  • Exceptional accuracy in data entry; you’re the type of person who catches the typo everyone else missed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to adapt to agency management systems.
