About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Producers to analyze client needs, coverage forms, and quotations, offering technical guidance that supports sound recommendations.
- Manage group accounts with employee populations ranging from 5 to 200 lives, ensuring high quality service and proactive oversight.
- Oversee all aspects of group account management, maintaining compliance, accuracy, and strong client satisfaction.
- Schedule and lead client meetings, fostering trusted relationships and gaining a deep understanding of client goals.
- Prepare presentations for new business and renewal accounts, clearly communicating our value and strategy.
- Process renewals and applications, ensuring timely submissions and thorough follow up with carriers.
- Review invoices and policy change information, facilitating corrections and maintaining data integrity.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests to uphold a superior standard of service.
- Proactively identify opportunities to preserve accounts, support retention initiatives, and maintain financial equity for the agency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of benefits experience with carriers such as UnitedHealthcare, Florida Blue, Principal, Guardian, and EyeMed within the state of Florida.
- 2-15 License required.
- Familiarity with Employee Navigator, BenefitPoint, and ImageRight is a plus.
- Ability to process written, digital, and technical materials accurately and with attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and their application.
