About the role
- Engage prospective patients from partner practices by highlighting program benefits and convincing them to enroll
- Conduct outbound calls to engage potential patients and promote enrollment in our services
- Guide patients through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate collection of all required information
- Collaborate with team members to exchange best practices and strategies for meeting sales and metric goals
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance metrics
- Track and report enrollment activities and outcomes to supervisors
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate and secure records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in eye care, or a related field, preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience, required
- Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferred
- Ability to speak fluently in both English and Spanish
