About the role
- Lead and drive the international growth of LUMAS’ B2B channel within the Hospitality and A&D sectors
- Own complex, long-cycle project sales processes with international hotel groups and corporate clients
- Build and expand a high-level network within the global hospitality industry
- Develop and negotiate large-scale framework agreements and project-based contracts
- Act as trusted advisor to C-level and procurement stakeholders
- Represent LUMAS at international trade fairs and industry events
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored, design-driven solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B project sales within hospitality, interior design, furniture, lighting or related premium design industries
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder corporate sales cycles
- Strong international network within the hospitality sector (preferred)
- Experience negotiating framework agreements with large hotel groups or design-led corporate clients
- Confident communicator at executive level
- Fluent in English (German advantageous)
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%) to meet clients and attend industry events
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with basic analytical skills to track sales performance
