About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own meaningful end-to-end contributions on technically complex parts of the stack
- Independently scope and implement solutions for projects
- Communicate technical issues clearly to cross-functional teams
- Write meaningful code reviews and help resolve problems
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate testing practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of professional backend experience
- Proficient in Python programming
- Strong grasp of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles
- Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks like Google ADK or AWS Strands
- Understanding of RAG architectures and LLM providers
- Familiarity with REST APIs, SQLAlchemy, Redis, and PostgreSQL
- Security-conscious mindset in designing systems
- Strong communication skills in English
