About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with existing teams to address LumApps' HR challenges.
  • Post, update and monitor job openings across our various job boards.
  • Source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn to find the best profiles for LumApps.
  • Review applications and conduct screening/qualification interviews.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment process in French and/or English (scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers).
  • Contribute to delivering the best possible candidate experience.
  • Maintain and nurture our pool of qualified talent in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Participate in or produce video content about roles or employee testimonials: interviewing people, defining and validating scripts, filming, etc.
  • Propose content for publication on our internal communication platforms.
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to share creative messages on our social channels to raise brand awareness and position LumApps as an employer of choice.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international or fast-growing environment.
  • People-oriented, solution-focused mindset with strong emphasis on delivering a high-quality experience.
  • Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with an ATS (we use Teamtailor).
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Nice to have: prior experience in a European or multi-country HR role.
  • Experience working with external payroll and legal providers.
