Talent Acquisition Specialist – Paris, Lyon
LumAppsTalent Acquisition Specialist focused on end-to-end recruitment and employer branding for LumApps. Engaging top talent and enhancing employer brand for a leading employee experience platform.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with existing teams to address LumApps' HR challenges.
- Post, update and monitor job openings across our various job boards.
- Source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn to find the best profiles for LumApps.
- Review applications and conduct screening/qualification interviews.
- Coordinate the full recruitment process in French and/or English (scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers).
- Contribute to delivering the best possible candidate experience.
- Maintain and nurture our pool of qualified talent in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Participate in or produce video content about roles or employee testimonials: interviewing people, defining and validating scripts, filming, etc.
- Propose content for publication on our internal communication platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to share creative messages on our social channels to raise brand awareness and position LumApps as an employer of choice.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international or fast-growing environment.
- People-oriented, solution-focused mindset with strong emphasis on delivering a high-quality experience.
- Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with an ATS (we use Teamtailor).
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Nice to have: prior experience in a European or multi-country HR role.
- Experience working with external payroll and legal providers.
