About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver training to customers tailored to their use cases and help enhance our training offering based on customer needs.
  • Provide product training to our Partners to enable them on our LumApps solutions.
  • Enable new Lumies (PS, CSM, Sales) on our LumApps solutions.
  • Produce internal and external learning materials and resources, working closely with our Product team to engage the LumApps ecosystem in our product vision and evolution.
  • Contribute to our Partner and Customer Community (The Hive) by sharing tips, best practices, and useful documentation.
  • Relay internal and external feedback to our Product team, contributing to product evolution.
  • Contribute to our LumAcademy project by building relevant learning paths and a knowledge base for our Customers, Partners, and Lumies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a Training Manager in a SaaS company.
  • Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
  • Experience creating training paths and training materials (videos, tutorials, slide decks, user guides).
  • Knowledge of microlearning principles.
  • Initial experience deploying an LMS.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to respect service agreements.
  • Customer relationship management and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Interest in technical topics (user management, APIs, integrations with Google and Microsoft services).
