About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the product vision and strategy for how employees and managers coordinate workplace resources (rooms, desks, lockers, and beyond), spaces and office experiences across hybrid and on-site environments.
- Own the team roadmap, prioritizing high-impact opportunities, making trade-offs, and coordinating dependencies across the platform.
- Understand your users deeply, translating real-world coordination challenges into simple, scalable product solutions.
- Deliver value quickly, partnering with Engineering and Design to ship and iterate on features that drive adoption and measurable impact.
- Drive business impact, partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to inform pricing and packaging, and identify opportunities that unlock revenue, expansion and long-term product adoption.
- Ensure platform integration, connecting booking experiences with workflows, tasks, and automation capabilities to create a seamless end-to-end experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS (incl. pricing, packaging and monetization)
- Track record of shipping impactful features end-to-end (discovery → launch → adoption), especially finding strong product-market fit and making features more mature
- Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Ability to use data and customer insights to drive decisions
- Fluency in AI/LLM-powered features and interest in applying AI to product experiences
- Experience working on platform products or integrations
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and ability to execute pragmatically
- Ability to make informed product decisions under uncertainty, using a combination of data, user insights, and business context
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with business-level fluency in English
