About the role

  • Fullstack Development: Design and maintain end-to-end features with a strong focus on Backend (Java/Python) and a seamless Frontend (Vue.js) experience.
  • Technical Ownership: Take full responsibility for your features, from initial architecture to operational support (including on-call rotations).
  • Collaboration & Impact: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to translate user needs into technical solutions and coordinate with peer teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Engineering Standards: Ensure scalability through clean, well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions to improve our workflow engine.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Fullstack development
  • Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python is essential.
  • Experience with Vue.js or React.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to discuss technical topics with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders (like CSMs).
