About the role

  • Define the vision: Set the 12–18 month roadmap for how LumApps becomes an orchestrator of AI agents.
  • Discovery & delivery: Conduct deep discovery with enterprise customers to identify opportunities where AI can drive radical productivity. Move beyond solving simple pain points to deploy agents that deliver measurable efficiency gains and new ways of working across the organization.
  • Product evangelism: Serve as the internal and external face of our Agent strategy, communicating the "why" to Sales, Marketing, and key customers.
  • Market knowledge & AI passion: Stay at the bleeding edge of the AI landscape (LLM benchmarks, agentic frameworks, startups, new developments, and industry best practices) to keep LumApps ahead of the market.

Requirements

  • Senior product leadership: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of owning highly visible, mission-critical products.
  • AI-native background: Demonstrated experience building AI-powered products (RAG, chatbots, agentic frameworks, or LLM-based features).
  • Analytics & data-driven mindset: Strong ability to work with analytics, identify issues, and make or defend decisions supported by data.
  • Studio & no-code expertise: Experience building or power-using "Studio-like" environments, workflow orchestrators, or no-code platforms. Crucially, you know how to make complex systems feel simple—translating sophisticated technical logic into an intuitive, seamless experience.
  • Fluent English: Comfortable working in an international environment across multiple time zones.
