About the role
- Own a specific cARR target dedicated to the upsell, cross-sell, and new-logo attachment of Companion Suite add-ons (Micro-Apps & AI Agents)
- Partner proactively with AEs/AMs and CSMs to map existing strategic accounts, identify 'whitespace' (e.g., highly complex IT environments), and generate pipeline for the Companion Suite
- Lead the commercial and technical pitch for AI and integrations, moving the customer from curiosity to signature
- Build tailored, hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and live demos that showcase exactly how LumApps AI and Micro-Apps solve a specific customer's pain point
- Connect third-party APIs in demo environments to prove the feasibility of integrations with tools like ServiceNow, Workday, or Salesforce
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that bridge the gap between technical architecture and employee experience
- Translate technical features into hard ROI
- Help customers quantify the 'digital friction' they are experiencing and build the business case for purchasing the add-on (e.g., hours saved per employee, reduction in IT tickets)
- Navigate objections related to pricing, technical feasibility, and security alongside the core sales team
- Act as the eyes and ears of the market for the GM and Product teams
- Track why we win or lose add-on deals
- Package successful custom demos into repeatable 'plays' that the broader sales team can use to sell Micro-Apps/AI Agents at scale
Requirements
- Strong communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales
- Solid understanding of APIs and integrations
- Technical Scope API and integration expertise
- Ability to connect third-party APIs in demo environments
- Pre-sales prototyping (PoCs, demos using Javascript, JSON, Adaptive Cards, low-code tools)
- Strong problem-solving mindset
