About the role

  • The Senior Project Manager for G&A Applications leads technology initiatives that support General & Administrative (G&A) functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Corporate Operations.
  • This role will lead strategic projects for the group—such as ERP consolidation or an EPM implementation—overseeing a cross-functional team to deliver within scope, agreed quality standards, and within time and budget constraints.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive effective planning, execution, and adoption of G&A systems and other enterprise applications and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Seven or more years of IT experience, with a strong commitment to solving business problems
  • Five to seven years of successfully managing complex and high-risk G&A projects, with at least 4 years managing financial projects
  • Experience leading ERP implementations
  • Experience leading cross-functional and international teams
  • Experience with end-to-end technical deployments to multiple audiences across an organization
  • Ideally experienced in fast-growing SaaS companies
  • Fluent in French and English
