About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct literature-based clinical research, from desk-based research through to semi-systematic review
  • Create clinical evidence review reports, including burden of illness, unmet need, and product value
  • Build value dossiers and value propositions supporting new products
  • Support US value communication services, including AMCP dossiers, US payer dossiers, and US field-team decks and tools
  • Contribute to Inflation Reduction Act planning and strategy, including landscaping, readiness, and response generation
  • Produce abstracts, posters, or manuscripts reporting study findings
  • Conduct systematic literature reviews
  • Support economic modelling evaluating treatment costs to healthcare systems
  • Identify and implement data sources for given countries
  • Assist with statistical analyses relevant to dossier development
  • Engage directly with clients to understand needs and ensure deliverables demonstrate the impact of medicines and health technologies on patients and healthcare systems
  • Participate in a structured graduate programme and develop technical, scientific, and consulting skills across HEOR specialisms
  • Work approximately half the time on clinical evidence review and market access and half across Evidence Review, Economic Modelling, and Statistics
  • Collaborate with Lumanity team members and multidisciplinary project teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Postgraduate qualification (MSc, PhD, or PharmD) in biochemistry, biomedical science, health policy, public health, or a related field
  • Enthusiasm for developing client-facing consulting skills alongside technical expertise
  • Professional scientific-writing standard in written English
  • Ability to convey complex information as a cohesive story
  • Research and analysis skills
  • Ability to critically appraise scientific evidence and synthesise findings clearly
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work productively independently and in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Organisational skills, close attention to detail, and personal time management
  • Motivation to drive development and learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasional travel may be required for in-person client meetings or conferences
