About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support and manage employee queries through the HR ticketing system
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of HR operations by handling routine HR activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Deliver a responsive, customer-focused HR service
  • Process HR administration relating to new starters, leavers, promotions, and internal transfers
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll-related changes
  • Produce HR reports as required
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Manage and resolve HR tickets in line with agreed SLAs
  • Monitor ticket trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience
  • Ensure HR activities are carried out in line with company policies and employment legislation
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and providing relevant documentation
  • Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Generate and analyse HR data and reports to support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Executive, or similar HR support role
  • Experience using HR systems and ticketing platforms is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and produce reports
