HR Operations Coordinator – Maternity Leave Coverage, 12 Months

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support and manage employee queries through the HR ticketing system
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of HR operations by handling routine HR activities
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Deliver a responsive, customer-focused HR service
- Process HR administration relating to new starters, leavers, promotions, and internal transfers
- Support the administration of employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll-related changes
- Produce HR reports as required
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Manage and resolve HR tickets in line with agreed SLAs
- Monitor ticket trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience
- Ensure HR activities are carried out in line with company policies and employment legislation
- Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and providing relevant documentation
- Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Generate and analyse HR data and reports to support decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Executive, or similar HR support role
- Experience using HR systems and ticketing platforms is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and produce reports
