About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project planning and execution
- Ensure consistent on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, being accountable for the development and upkeep of project plans and timelines
- Develop RACI matrix, ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities throughout project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Conduct internal kick-off and debrief meetings in collaboration with the client team
- Attend client project briefing and kick-off meetings to ensure timeline and scope/budget expectations are discussed and agreed upon
- Lead internal status calls and meetings, maintaining internal status reports and daily hot sheets
- Resolve issues efficiently, contributing to problem resolution
- Collaborate with the client team on external client status reports and meeting notes
- Support new business opportunities, proposals, and RFPs in the development of project plans, timelines, and status updates
- Ensure all projects remain compliant with data protection legislation
- Track supplier spend against budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification preferred
- Demonstrate 3-5 years of project coordination, project management, or account management within healthcare/pharma agencies
- Ability to lead and manage intricate and large projects, including assignments that may span across brands and more than one client team
- Exhibit a robust understanding of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in successfully managing projects through the full life cycle according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT
