About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the progressive growth of the Lumanity HEOR business
  • Achievement of sales targets within defined target accounts
  • Identifying, creating and securing opportunities with clients
  • Leading the development of strategic objective setting
  • Track, record and document actions towards goal achievement
  • Provide insight and analysis into the account buying cycle
  • Lead client outreach, engagement and onboarding through consultative selling
  • Ownership of account activities and client negotiations
  • Collaborate with Lumanity technical & consulting experts
  • Opportunity pipeline management and tracking
  • Support development and implementation of HEOR Commercial & Operations Strategy
  • Creation/enhancement of key systems and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent Strategic & Commercial acumen
  • Significant solid track record in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical sector with a focus on HEOR / Market Access
  • Consultative Selling Mindset to generate solutions to client problems
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining relationships through excellent communication
  • Flexibility to travel and work across time zones, including international travel as required
  • Ability to effectively research client account drivers and provide analysis
  • Collaborative approach to working with Lumanity functions
  • Confident and inspiring leadership
  • Proficient in MS Office collective tools and relevant CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business or a related discipline
