About the role
- You produce and manage Luma Health's podcast properties.
- Own end-to-end podcast production: guest coordination, pre-interview prep, remote recording, editing, mixing, and publishing.
- Own the full production lifecycle: identifying the right customer stories, coordinating interviews, recording, editing, and delivering final assets.
- Produce product demo videos and explainer content.
- Produce short-form video content optimized for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Plan and execute on-site video capture at industry events.
- Edit all video and audio content: cutting, color correction, audio mixing, sound design, and finishing.
- Build and maintain a company-wide content library.
- Track performance across all video and podcast content: views, watch time, completion rates, engagement, shares, and click-through by platform and asset type.
- Own your production calendar and manage competing priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in video production, multimedia content, or a similar creative role. B2B or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency across the full production stack: camera operation, lighting, audio recording, video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar), motion graphics and animation (After Effects or similar), and audio editing.
- Experience producing podcasts end to end, including remote recording, editing, mixing, and publishing.
- Strong storytelling instincts.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Comfortable working with non-professional talent.
- Experience with remote recording tools (Riverside, Zoom, or similar).
- Familiarity with social platform best practices for video.
- Self-directed and reliable.
- Willingness to travel approximately once per month for industry events and conferences.
