  • Drive Luma Health’s growth by engaging clinics and health systems, creating interest, and booking qualified meetings
  • High-volume, multi-channel outreach to decision makers; book discovery meetings
  • Run crisp discovery, map pains to Luma value, handle objections, and secure next steps
  • Manage time and funnel to exceed quotas based on performed meetings and pipeline velocity metrics
  • Partner with AEs and Marketing on targeted campaigns; share market intel to refine strategy
  • Keep Salesforce spotless; document activity, notes, and next steps
  • Embrace coaching, iterate your pitch, share what works, and level up weekly

Requirements

  • 1+ year in sales/BDR or standout wins that show you hit big goals outside of sales
  • Organized, self-managed in a remote setting; quick to learn tools (Salesforce, outreach, LI Navigator)
  • Strong written/verbal skills and confident phone presence
