Key responsibilities & impact

Aligns human resources strategies with business objectives
Partners with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and develop HR strategies
Provides guidance and interpretation for managers and employees on employment laws
Supports management and employees by improving work relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field from an accredited university
5-7 years of professional and progressive human resources related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years in managing complex employee relations issues, including internal investigations and documentation
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Analytical and strong negotiating skills
Strong decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills
Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Microsoft proficient (Word, Excell & PP)
