About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Aligns human resources strategies with business objectives
- Partners with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and develop HR strategies
- Provides guidance and interpretation for managers and employees on employment laws
- Supports management and employees by improving work relationships
- Aligns workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design
- Identifies development needs and collaborates with Learning and Development
- Addresses employee relations issues and conducts investigations
- Coaches managers on performance management, conflict resolution
- Analyzes HR data and prepares reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field from an accredited university
- 5-7 years of professional and progressive human resources related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years in managing complex employee relations issues, including internal investigations and documentation
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Analytical and strong negotiating skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Microsoft proficient (Word, Excell & PP)
