About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical Support (Tier 1): Resolve hardware (macOS/Windows) and software incidents via our ticketing system.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure every new hire in the region has their equipment configured and access ready from the very first minute of Day 1.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage user lifecycles and permission changes across our corporate tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
- Device Management (MDM): Enroll and oversee our fleet of laptops using MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, or similar) to ensure 100% compliance with security policies.
- Office Infrastructure: Maintain local connectivity (WiFi/Networking), video conferencing systems (Zoom/Google Meet), and hardware inventory at our Spain office.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience: 0–2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration.
- Tooling: Hands-on experience with at least one IDP (Okta, Google Auth), one MDM, and one ticketing tool.
- OS Fundamentals: Solid troubleshooting skills for both macOS and Windows.
- Languages: Professional English (B2+) and fluent/native Spanish.
- Culture: Comfortable in a high-growth startup environment; proactive attitude with a focus on autonomous problem-solving.
