About the role

  • Own enterprise account strategy and execution in France, driving revenue growth and client success.
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle in France, from prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder SaaS deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of French enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in French enterprises.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions to French clients.
  • Lead complex negotiations in French and English, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Share insights on French enterprise customer needs, industry trends, and competitors to refine our local strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales or account leadership within France, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven technology.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets in large ACV deals.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in French and English.
  • Deep understanding of the French enterprise market, business culture, and buying processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
