About the role
- Actively prospect and develop new business partners
- Expand Instituto Ludwig & Poloni's presence in executive search projects
- Generate opportunities, initiate relationships with companies, and convert inquiries into structured projects
- Actively prospect new companies and business opportunities
- Build relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, directors, investors)
- Identify needs related to executive recruitment and leadership
- Present the Institute's services in a consultative manner
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals
- Conduct strategic follow-ups until project closure
- Manage the opportunity pipeline and commercial targets
- Work in partnership with the Institute's leadership on business expansion
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or consulting
- Active commercial profile (hunter) with a strong ability to open new markets
- Strong communication, listening skills, and ability to influence
- Organized and disciplined in sales funnel management
- Results- and target-oriented
- Interest or experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
