About the role

  • Actively prospect and develop new business partners
  • Expand Instituto Ludwig & Poloni's presence in executive search projects
  • Generate opportunities, initiate relationships with companies, and convert inquiries into structured projects
  • Actively prospect new companies and business opportunities
  • Build relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, directors, investors)
  • Identify needs related to executive recruitment and leadership
  • Present the Institute's services in a consultative manner
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals
  • Conduct strategic follow-ups until project closure
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline and commercial targets
  • Work in partnership with the Institute's leadership on business expansion

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or consulting
  • Active commercial profile (hunter) with a strong ability to open new markets
  • Strong communication, listening skills, and ability to influence
  • Organized and disciplined in sales funnel management
  • Results- and target-oriented
  • Interest or experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
