About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently and proactively manage and develop existing customers and high‑potential new customers
- Achieve profitable growth through customer needs analyses, proposals, follow‑ups and cross‑selling
- Independently handle order processing and price negotiations
- Plan and manage customer campaigns based on CRM data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, coordinate field sales and process leads
- Maintain customer data and market information and contribute to sales success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training — ideally with a focus on sales or wholesale and foreign trade
- Experience in active sales, customer account management or inside sales
- Good product knowledge or a strong technical understanding
- Strong sales aptitude: identify opportunities, act solution‑oriented and proactively engage customers
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability and a good sense for customer needs
- Entrepreneurial mindset, solution‑focused thinking and attention to profitability
- Structured, reliable work style and willingness to take responsibility
- Confident use of digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office, Teams)
